telc Deutsch B1-B2 Pflege for nursing staff is an examination for professional purposes designed for professionals working in nursing and geriatric care who need to prove their language skills at B1 or B2 level. It covers the upper range of B1 and B2 in terms of lexis and grammatical structures. The exam is aimed at people who have a recognized qualification in a nursing profession and need to demonstrate B1 or B2 knowledge of the German language in order to practice this profession.
Learners at B1 level can communicate easily and coherently in everyday life, at work and when traveling. Learners at B2 level can easily communicate with others in a relatively fluent and spontaneous manner and actively participate in discussions and interact with native speakers without effort on either side.
The written exam involves reading or listening to texts. The content and nature of the texts reflect the everyday professional life of nurses.
